Sigila achievel level 120 in 17 hours possible yes, but only if you leech and hack. I do not believe that she(or he) could achieve level 120 leget.

Well leeching is "a form of cheating" I guess because you didn't get the exp by yourself. Also you got the exp from a monster you wouldn't be able to fight against.

Grats to her, she's got a new iPod! Lucky.... =p If she leveled using anything against the ToS, then she'll be banned or removed from rankings before the event ends. Not really worth worrying about though, just keep going on your Wind Archer or CK of your choosing! ^^
