If you were able to afford an elemental staff, then you can probably afford a 52/52/52/52 HT pendant. -Plus an average zhelm. That gets us to 67 luk. -Four luk from a base luk stat gives us 71 luk. -Glasses will at least get us to 72 luk, more if they're scrolled. (Chaos scrolls) -Permanent Parachute Shoes will get us to a minimum of 75 luk, if you're wearing glasses. With nice agent scrolling, you could easily push past 80 luk with these shoes. -What do we need? 5 more luk - maximum - in order to equip a doomsday staff. If you have nice shoes, you won't need to reset any int into luk. Voila. Problem solved.

You need to hammer it twice first, then you can egg it another two times and it will still have 2 slots left, with 53 to each stat.

in windia i have seen 52 all HT Pends, yes you can hammer them and egg them again. The SC May fix that, but i doubt it
