Carcass- Rotting in the Free World My reason for posting this is because i noticed not many people that play MS are fans of metal music. I love all types of metal bands ranging from Black Sabbath to Suffocation.

Eh, I'm more of a grunge guy, but that does incorporate elements of Metal... I guess my favorite would be SOAD, if you consider them Metal....

The Black Dahlia Murder - I'm really into them right now Whitechapel - Still trying to get used to it but there still pretty cool Most of the Bands that played at Mayhem Festival this year. lol Top 5 Songs ATM 1. TBDM (The Black Dahlia Murder) - Everything Went Black 2. TBDM - Deathmask Divine 3. Whitechapel - Possession 4. Holy Diver - Killswitch Engage 5...... Can't think of one off the top of my head lol And I love all rock. I just getting into the genre so I don't know many bands. Nice seeing another metal fan though lol.

Favorite bands depends on the genre :-) Death: Amon Amarth, (DevilDriver), Kalmah. Black: Naglfar, Rotting Christ, Graveworm. Power: Gamma Ray, Helloween, HammerFall Heavy: King Diamond, Megadeth, Iron Maiden Thrash: Sanctity, Mystic Prophecy (Power/Thrash) I'm not really into Thrash nor "true" Black, I prefer the melodic or gothic black :-) And like I said, favorite band depends on the genre, so i listed my top 3 for each genre I listen to.

mmmm, i think miley cyrus should qualify as metalcore for me as she is real hardcore with best of both worlds and jonas brothers should be one of my favourites as their death and black metal is awesome and the best is brokencyde OMG their screamo makes it so grindcore and fabulous and their heavy metal monotone riffs are the best
