Particles in my Water?

Ok so, we as in my family have a water heater (the pot the heats water @_@ for tea and stuff) Well when i heat water, after its done i see like clear particles..like i can still see it but its clear if that makes sense..it doesnt have a distinct color its clear but still seen.. It floats at the top of my boiled water Can anyone explain it to me?

Maybe your water supply is hard water not soft water. Hard water is caused by mostly magnesium, calcium and iron ions in the water, however it is perfectly safe to drink. Hard water can cause deposits to form inside your kettles and water pipes, which is what you are seeing i think. Ref: Chemistry textbook.
