Permanent Noblesse?

This is going to sound stupid, but after checking the rankings for Cygnus Knights, I saw that some were level 12 o.0. Do you think a permanent Noblesse would be a possiblility? Kinda like a permabeginner, but with more skills. Then again, they don't get the lvl 20 frozen tuna, or the maroon mop...

Sounds stupid to me. Since they don't get any new weapons, they won't be any good.

its for the rankings? a lev 120 noblesee will be noticed more than alot of things

Noblesse can equip all common equips--making them the somewhat-better equivalent to a Beginner. http://maplestory.nexon.net/WZ.ASPX?PART=/Rank/Game&ranktype=JobRankCygnus Im currently level 27, but the rankings don't exactly update fast enough. Edit: Also, a Noblesse is actually considered a Beginner in their Stat menu--making them able to equip the beginner only weapons--however most beginner only weapons are useless and slow as all get out--and become replaced very quickly.

in windia, thers a lvl 105, probably 110+ noblesse. ranks are slow, but her name is Sigila. ppl started to ks her, so she leeched at newts instead >.<

A high lvl noblesse would just be famous I guess. Like how you see people hanging around lvl 100+ beginners and they get famed in the thousands for it.
