can i jack nx cards

if i went to a store with nx cards, if i jack them will they work?

it's much easier to jack yourself but we'll leave that, i guess they need to be activeted. but dont try it: they'll catch you !

It clearly says on the card that it is not valid until activated at the register. Anyways, you'd just get in big trouble if caught, what's the point?
