how come hackers dont really get permabanned?

there was this guy i know that got banned like 2 to 3 times for hacking. but its only a one month temporary ban. its never a permaban, yet at the same time, i see people get perma banned for inappropriate messages on smega. just curious, what does a hacker have to do to be permanently banned?

when a GM finds you hacking, its a perma right away its a month ban when its an auto ban- meaning it could be a mistake or something, so its not perma

autoban = 30 day ban, but i think after the first ban, the ban time goes up for auto bans. (no im not a hacker, an irl friend is ad got auto banned like an idiot)

Well, hackers don't ruin the fun of other Maplers, while there may be some young people playing Maple that see the Smegas (which can reduce income), so Nexon bans them. If the hacker uses his hacks to KS other Maplers, then they will get Perma'd. IMO.

1-3 month ban = auto-ban. The system detects some kind of hack, and temp. bans the hacker. Reason for temp.? The system could of mistaken an innocent player for hacking.
