Any basil users out there use speech recognition? If you have a mic and Windows Vista, you should check it out. It's pretty fun and interesting. You can pretty much navigate the whole site speech recognition alone. The only thing I have to actually use my mouse for is quoting people or anything else that has to do with clicking on the +, and when making a new thread when you have to click on one of the forums. Anyway, speech recognition thread.

Yes this whole thread was created by using speech recognition. Another neat thing about speech recognition is when there's a link, all you have to do is say the name of the link, and it clicks it for you. This even extends to the submit button and the new thread button. Although, as far as I can tell, it doesn't work on fire fox, only with Internet explorer.

I remember before Vista's release they were trying to show off it's speech recognition and it totally failed and recognizing simple words. I don't remember what word, but the video is somewhere.
