1 second delay on FJ?

I was FJing around Henesys and suddenly I noticed that I couldn't FJ after landing... I have to wait 1 second in between each FJ now. Help? Is it lag or a glitch? I'm using Vista btw

Its a glitch. Because I get that problem and then a minute later, i can FJ over and over. And guys, the 1 second delay makes Flash Jump like not fun at all. because you cant bounce back and fourth, and it cuts your speed of movement almost in half. But its just a glitch, cuz it does it on one map, and if I leave and come back, it doesn't.
