So I haven't been able to access the account info page, "404" or unavailable or some crap for a while now. It's kind of frustrating, because when all this talk about "heks lol" hit, I got paranoid and tried to log into the Nexon website, to no avail, so I reset my password via e-mail. And now I'm stuck with this crappy l3u4209342jofdlsdfnvnv_-dffsj-like password. Is anyone else able to change their password freely? D:

I would just keep trying to load up account info. It happened to me to, all I did was keep trying and it eventually worked. (only took me 30 minutes x).

Well i had this same problem. I downloaded Firefox internet searcher and then changed my PW from it and was fine. Got the 404 from Aol though D:. So try using google or firefox. Let me know if it works :D

right when you log on to the site. There should be 3 buttons underyour character picture. Click the PW one. you shouldnt need to go to your account info.

That thing is happening a lot on Nexons website, they gotta fix it. You have to try and try again (refresh i mean) and it migt work. Thats the way I do to log a ticket, for example.

i wanted to change my password but i just forgot all my info, like email and stuff.
