I need to contact Nexon about my account as i believe i've been a victim of hackers. My email address has been comprimised and i cannot access it anymore. I cant make a new account cos i'm from england and it wont let me, and it seems i cant talk to nexon unless i have a nexon passport. I cant let 4 years of work and money go down the pan just because of this, so is there anyway i can get in contact with nexon? really i cant go back to ems;(

directly from nexon's site "It has been specifically stated we do not offer Customer Support through email and telephone. We have a phone number, yes, and it is strictly for business reasons. Should you call our front desk you will be directed to submit a ticket. Our receptionists will not be able to assist you with your questions as they are not involved with support or game management." your best bet is to log a ticket explaining everything

Pirates are new. How could this char possibly be 4 years old? I doubt you play others characters with a funding, since they're not mentioned on your basil ID. Either way, I see your problem... However, nexon never did anything about me getting hacked. I doubt they'll help you, since they'll just tell you that you should've watched out for keyloggers (fx), they'll apologize, and then tell you to never share your info with anyone. About the account; I got one you can have, I think. >_> I never played it. I'm from Europe as well, I just made alot of accounts.. just in case. You can always pm me for it. (should be able to find email and whatever that's connected to it)

I loss 2 years of work to hit lvl 71 and I was hacked. I just started all over and didn't do anything about my hacked account. I don't think Nexon will really care.

Wen I logged a ticket about being banned for Fake GM, they responded with "Unfortunately, we cannot reveal sensitive account information. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you have a nice day!"
