I was wondering if it is possible to play GMS in Korea. Also, is it possible to play KMS in Korea without the citizen code or whatever it is?

Play GMS in a country other than...the globe...? Lol. But seriously, yes it's possible, but it involves a proxy and usually results in a lot of lag.
