Lazy, lazy Nexon

How lazy can they be. I put in over 3 tickets about my account that I can't get into. My main account password was incorrect when I tried to log in so I put in a reset password. They sent in a new password to my email, but unknowingly the email account has been closed for inactivity. I've contacted my email provider and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I mean I don't understand Nexon. I can prove that the account I lost is mine with ownership and personal info, but all they can say is they can't and won't help me. Lazy ass people.

They're not lazy, they're being pro-active and security conscious. You could be ANYONE trying to hack into someone else's account. If you can't prove you're who you say you are by receiving a new password on the e-mail account you registered, then you could be ANYONE. Before you whine that the e-mail account is closed, it's YOUR FAULT it's closed, due to inactivity, NOT Nexon's. Also, if you lost your account to a hacker because someone changed your password, and Nexon had said "oh sure, we believe whoever sent this request must be the real deal even though he can't verify it's his own e-mail account, send the new password to him anyway at a different e-mail address", you'd be kicking and whining that "Nexon is lazy and doesn't care about account security". Get over it. Next time keep your e-mail account active.

It's your fault for having an inactive email account. Don't blame someone for something they didn't do.

you have to remember that over 90m people play MS. Guess how many tickets come everyday... Don't be mad if you don't get a response because i'm sure you can't go through all the mail they get in a day.

hey belive me they r waaaaaaaaay to leazy now, i played ms before its first birth day, dont any of u remember back in the day in the summer event they had extra drops, quest, and items. now this year all they changed is adding those fire works, cmon i remember wen ms was soooo much more fun in the wizet days beacuse they adid new stuff every event not like nexon all they do is ads and every thing almost everything they do now is NX nexon is only making the rich people fun whilte the others are not. its true tho nexon is getting toooooo lazy thats why i miss wizet
