Recently, my password got changed, so i went to the website to reset my password, and i kept looking in my e-mail for the maplestory mail,and couldn't find it. Is there any way to get change the e-mail adress?

Ya... I logged a ticket asking if they would allow me to change my email just once, and they said they couldn't.

you can never change the email associated with an account "for security reasons", and you cannot log a support ticket without logging in. you also cannot log a ticket on a different account to get help with another account "for security reasons", even if you provide every single piece of information about the other account to prove it's yours. they'll remove the info on the ticket and paste a letter apologising and explaining that it's "for security reasons". your account is gone just like my lvl 96 str bandit account that had the same problem. ;D sorry man. if you make another account make sure it can receive email from nexon, and do not change the password or lose it. the email = your account.

Actually, for certain reasons Nexon will change your email for you. I logged a ticket and they told me the process I had to follow and within a week my email was changed. They list a series of ID,Security question etc and you have to explain the reason of the email change. Gl to you. Oh the reason for me was I was changing my cable and the email gets deleted with it so I needed it changed.

Well, I'll tell you this: I had the same problem, just wait 120 days so you email will be deleted from database from your provider, recreate your email with the exact same address and ask Nexon to re-link it. This worked for me after, hold on let me count, 32 ticket loggs. But it was well worth it.

I changed password just a few minutes ago, it got changed on its own. I can't even log on my email...

This happened to me, some guy chatted me threatening to hack me, to be safe I reset my password, but I don't even know what the hell the email is. I'm screwed over 500mil ._.
