Pure luk same as Dexless?

Sorry, my friend and I had this huge argument over pure luk and dexless sin (hermits, NL also). I believe they are the same kind: base dex at 25 and buff luk equips. However, my friend insists: 1) Pure luk has base dex at 25 and buff luk equips 2) Dexless has base dex at 25 BUT buff dex equips. As for low dex: 1) I believe base dex at 25 but buff dex equips 2) My friend believes base dex at 40-50 We are both stressed out about this (for neither of us are willing to back down). Can experienced maplers give us some answers, please?

Lol they are the same. Pure luk is pumping everything into Luk and Luk equips. Dexless is basically the same thing, unless you want to be a dexless scarab user. They both have 25 base dex and pump everything into Luk.

eh there seems to be a big debate about this among the thief community, I don't like the whole dexless name, it should be that either you're pure luk having 25 dex and using luk equips, or your low dex using any number of dex thats not normal and dex equips

You're low dex even if you have 60ish dex and dex equips. It depends on funding. Dexless and pure luk is the same thing, some sins just use dex bathrobes to wear better claws before maple claw

Why would you need dex equips for a "dexless"? There is the option of becoming a dexless rab user or dexless mamba user, but most of the people who create dexless sins pump them up with Luk equips. Why? Lucky 7 attributes the formula with luk being it's base and main. So the more Luk you have, the better your Lucky 7 damage will be and your attack range.

Dexless = Uses claws that dont require dex, pump luk. Low dex = low capped dex = dex equips to use higher claws. Reg dex = Either cap high or dex same as level

Both are true for dexless, some people get luck equips but some get dex to wear dex claws. However low dex don't have 25 base

Pure luk isn't reg dex. Because pure luk implies you add purely luk, while reg dex add dex.

Agree with him ^ Exactly what I said and it's completely right. Dexless rab user which user lots of expensive dex equips to equip a rab but it's useless now that there's skandas.

But these are the minority) Low dex = Dex 26~ anything below whats required to equip your weapon + Dex equips
