If I don't go hybrid, does 3rd job like suck for me or something? I'm a spearman by the way and I went pure spear. Am I screwed? Or is pure spear with just crusher fine in 3rd job? Plus I don't think I could afford a well-scrolled pole arm+spear, just 1 of the 2. Am I gonna be screwed or am I fine?

You'll be fine. You're have a slightly lower % per hour, and your crusher won't be decent til lvl 77-ish, as oppose to PA fury which is good at lvl 1.

U'll u be fine it just that ppl perfer to use fury from 70-120... but ull be fine with slash blast and crusher ^^

I am pure spear, and to be honest, I dont get why people always bash on me, seeing as I can ks them o.0 You will be fine, and have an easier timie in 4th, as long as you dont mind being bashed on by PA nubs.

Hybrid is cheaper than pure spear. You will not ever technically need both a spear and a polearm at the same time. You use a pole arm up to around 4th job (which is cheaper than getting a spear for your first 120 lvls or so), then you can sell that to get a spear if you choose.

You'll be fine, you might lose a bit % an hour at mobby areas and pot burn will be worse but that's as far as it goes.
