Is it possible for my account password to be changed?

So like, I quit maplestory last year in July because I got "scammed" of my account, but I still had the username and password. So I kept on playing combat arms til like march or april I would say? (My account is the same for maple/combat arms). Anyways, I stopped playing both of them til about June 30th. Then on june 30th I began to play maplestory again and I quit combat arms. But....I tried logging in on my account in maplestory and it says the password was incorrect. I also tried logging in on combat arms and it said the password was incorrect. How is that possible? Was there a glitch or something where I lost my password? Because...I sort of want my account back...lol

There has been some problems with Maplestory lately. I was on one of my accounts and when i logged off my password was changed. Now i lost an account because i forgot the email. Chow
