Do they repeat every couple of days? Also where are the answers to it?

I believe it's random. If not, the pattern for me is probably Monster -> NPC -> Item -> Item -> Monsters (repeat)

Its not random its Mon.-Npc Tues.- Item Wend.-Monster Thurs.- Npc Fri.& Sat. Item Sunday. Monster. Please correct me if I am wrong but that is the pattern i see.
