Good Morning! Well, I just fixed my sleeping habits (hopefully) I stayed up ALL day yesterday and went to sleep at 7:00 PM. I woke up at 11:10 thinking that I've messed up my sleeping patterns more, but then I fell back to sleep. The weird thing is, everytime I had a dream I would wake up and then have to think of a dream so I can fall asleep. I did that until now and it's 4:23 AM. I think this would be a great time to wake up since I had about 12 hours of sleep (I took a nap from 1-4 in the afternoon, was DEAD tired basically). Now, when the sun is coming up, I'm going to exercise Thats my story.

You either stay up through a whole day and last until you pass out at desired time, but be sure to set your alarm for when you want to wake up. Or, exercise and work out extensively, or just do anything that needs energy, at the time you want to fall asleep. This does require a lot of dedicated though. As for me, I sleep at 8am or 9am and wake up at 4pm or 5pm. I'm used to 2 hours of sleep...or well...any form of sleep, as long as there is sleep, even for 10 minutes.

uh yeah partying and the night life will make you nocturnal. there's nothing you can really do about it; i've developed the same problem over summer and whenever i try to go sleep early (before midnight) i would find myself wide awake at around 3 am. take sleeping pills and avoid naps during the day. getting sick helps restore your sleeping patterns (no kidding), you'll knock yourself out early.

Go read a book. You'll eventually fall asleep as your mind gets tired. +you learn some stuff. You can do this every night when you think you should be going to sleep.

This happens to me during every summer, but it really only takes one day of dedication to stay up. Wake up at desired time, then stay up until that time again (only 24 hours, which is what you stayed up to wreck it in the first place).

Don't go to sleep at 6-8 am and just stay up for a whole day. Then proceed with falling asleep at about 10-11 pm (your desired time). Set your alarm at the time you want to wake up and there you go =)
