Obtain it from Today's Mission with a 80% chance. It has a 100% chance working percentage that can alter ALL of the stats on the equipment in intervals of +1,2,3,4,5 or -1,2,3,4,5 to that certain stat. It's clean stats were +2 all stats. My first chaos added +4 into Luk so I ended up with 6 luk. On my 2nd scroll, it also added 4, and I ended up with 10 luk. On this 3rd scroll, it added 1 luk, and that's how it ended up as an 11 luk 6 slot Invincible Agent Suit. And that's how I got 11 luk >_> |
