FireFox. getfirefox.com EDIT: If you need reasons and convincing to switch from IE, maybe IE6 would be a better fit for you.

google chrome is the one i am using now, it is good but firefox has kept me satisfied for years.

Opera. Fast and easy to use. Easily customizable and very clean. Switched to this from Firefox and never looking back.
