Alright, I see that many of you are worried of having your hard earned items and mesos taken away from you. I'm here to show you that the hack is impossible . From what people have told you, the hacker D/C's you, and all of a sudden they are on your account without having to get your info. Let me explain how that wouldn't work. When you login, the server assigns your client a "Authentication ID". The server checks the client for the Auth ID everytime you do something . That is, move, cast a skill, chat, even drop mesos and items . If it sees that the Auth ID on your client and the one it has saved, it D/C's you, so that way you can get a new auth ID. Since the hacker does not have your client, he will have a different Auth ID. As explained, he would D/C right on sight. I'll put it into a scenario (thanks to PublicHair for the spelling check ) for those of you who found the above confusing (words in bold are comparisons to the above). You work at a store. We shall use Wal-Mart for this senario. You wear a little I.D tag that says your name on it (your Auth ID in game) , so that way people can identify you. It has your picture on it too! One day, someone steals your ID (the "hacker") . They show up to the store with your ID on, and people notice that the person wearing the ID, and the ID itself, are two different people (the server doing it's auth id check) . Someone says to return the ID, and kicks the theft out (the server disconnecting said person) . If anyone needs me to clarify anymore, please don't hesitate to ask. To reensure you guys, I'll log on my 107 I/L, PuppyKevin, with billions of items worth in mesos. I will stay in the FM. Nothing will happen to me. Edit 1: You guys don't seem to see what a Auth ID is made and stored on. Not your account, but within MapleStory.exe. Everytime you connect to Maple's servers, it gives you a brand new Auth ID. That's why you can log on from anywhere, but you can't trick the server into thinking you have another person's auth ID. Edit 2: Remember people , this is the current most logical way of it. I have yet to have time to clearly think it all out, but so far it seems right on.

Dont do anything out of the ordinary and keep to yourself and buddies. I've been on for about 6 hours lol edit: @ above, a friend taught me and I've been "self-teaching" ever since. I quit the development though, it got too time consuming. Most P ink S lippers I've worked for shut down/closed anyways, so it wasnt really worth the effort. Even though its Java, its kind of "fake java" since most of the things are pre-defined.

Login with an "off" account, a newly made one. Put some equips and afk in the fm or ask to be hacked. See how it goes. Trial and error, my friend
