| ok, i was talkin to a NL who has an outlaw, and he said that its better to max ice adn leave fire at 26. when every single outlaw ive ever met who is lvl 90+ has lvl 26 or 25 ice and max fire. he said max fire is a longer freeze than lvl 26 ice, which is not true. its the same as lvl 26 ice until you get ele boost. and he said that you dont use fire in 4th job, you use ice more, which is true but what about 3rd job? the standard outlaw build is to get lvl 25/26 ice, and then max fire. not max ice and get lvl 26 fire, it doesnt work that way. which one is right. |
