So I have one more question about titanium receivers. I know I have to get a total of 100 intelligence documents to get it. But can I get it again? If so, would I have to collect 100 intelligence documents AGAIN?

You can get it again, but you have to get another 100 documents.

Do you have to keep track yourself or will it say? o.0" Talk to the girl agent at the agent headquarters...she'll give u the progress u have made @shadow, chaos scrolls can be obtained by doing the "Today's Mission" @Chut, if u get 200 boss pq points u'll get a old agent n receiver, it gives +2 all stats (expires), if u get 1000 boss pq points ur get agent N receiver which gives +3 all stats (doesn't expire) these are untradeable even with SoK
