For the exchange quest in showa can you really get BWG? is there any proof? Also P/c on a 2atatck pac and titanium receiver(2dex 2 luk 4 slot) Thanks!

I have tried alot to get the BWG with that exchange quest. Although, I never have gotten it. Just a bunch of crap and never anything worth anything.
