Wahhaha but then again, 'Agent P from Agent Headquarters will give away the Agent Cape. Go to Agent HQ by talking to Agent E in a town, talk to Agent P and select "I want an agent cape."' means that the cape will be giving away right? So all i need to do now is just continuously save up the secret boxes. =]
