It's actually faster if you just dash + recoil + float, but I got one because I was sick of doing that over and over again whereas I could just press 1 button, and I have the funds to do so. But just remember it's faster with dash+recoil+float

dash + recoil + float is way faster than a hog even with a cool down i raced a guy with a level 70 mount and i still won im not sure about the level 120 mount though

Haha use your dash...then recoil shot and then Wings. This is faster than a hog once you master it. Btw, be TOTALLY satisfied with your equips before you even spend that 20m on something you don't really need. Hog will not expire from the game, so you got forever to save up.

The recoil thing is faster on FLAT MAPS on maps with thing sticking up or thing you can catch on (pretty much every map) Makes it slower if you get caught on something. I got the hog because it won't waste my mp just to get from point a to b Also you can make your hog fly with float.
