I'm level 56 and I'm getting behind on dex for my brawler(Lowdex btw), so what are the cheapest dex equips that I can get that would actually make a difference?

You can 100% scroll an overall for DEX, and it should cost under 500k. Zhelms add 15 to every stat and shouldn't cost over 50m if you buy from a trusted guild. After that I'd say earrings and shoes are the next cheapest thing with DEX. Look up some prices here on Basil, or search FM rooms to get a rough estimate on prices.
