any character that is at least lvl20 as a pre-requisite parent character would allow you to make a KoC of your choice once it comes out. just have a parent character 20+ in order to proceed making one. :D

The first method was that you'd use a parent character of lvl 20+ to make a CK. However, KMS have changed it to a new method where you make the character like a normal character, except it starts in Ereb. The popular belief is that we will get the old method, since MSEA did, but we may get the new method if Nexon is organised. Either way, we should get the new method at some point in the future.

OT: You get a lvl 20 character or up, any job, and there will be that "Lightbulb" on your head, you click it, you talk to emperess Cygnus, then if you press "Accept", you will be transported to Ereb if you're in Ossyrus or Victoria. Then, just go talk to all the NPCs, and then at the end of the road, talk to the KoC maker, and you can make your character : Choose hair, name, eyes, skin color, etc. Then, regardless if your character sltos are full or not, the Character will pop up, if its full, then a second page will appear with an arrow to go to the second page.
