I have always had the option turned on in the settings and then all of a sudden the last time I logged on they were gone and I can't seem to get them back. I've also lost the big boss HP bars and the center screen quest help counter. Just wondering if anyone possibly has a solution. I've also already tried redownloading.

I'm guessing it's a corrupted file. Try turning the option off, exiting and restarting your computer, then enabling it again. Who knows? It might do something.. If all else fails, redownload and reinstall.
