No, I have it. I don't know if it does anything for XP users, but it doesn't do anything for me and I have 64-bit Vista.

It just closes unused open processes that use up memory. It allows more RAM to be used for other processes. It might help and it might not, depending on how many unused processes you had open when you started Maple up.

GameBooster is good. It opens up more RAM for you. So when bossing you will encounter less lags. I don't use it in bossing because i don't need it. Very useful program though.

No of course it doesn't ruin anything.... its a program to close all the proccess which are unused. But be careful, don't allow it to close your anti virus, cause that could screw you over while your downloading or playing an online game :S

GameBooster just closes the unnecessary programs or background programs, and opens more RAM. It's an okay program to me, but it's not all that great.

Wow. I DLed it last night and tested it in the FM. WOW It sesriously improved my lagginess. Normally when I enter the FM, I'll hover @ a black screen for about 30 seconds, then I'll be able to move. Normally it's very choppy and I can hardly do anything besides get to the portal and hope. HOWEVER With Game Booster, I was able to enter the FM in under 5 seconds, with almost no lagginess/jumpiness. I only have 512 MBs of RAM, so every little bit helps

it helps. disables alot of uneccissary services that just hog up resources.

It disables background services and processes freeing up ram and CPU cycle times, therefore giving your game more resources to work with.
