MapleStory Closes After I start it.

Hi, I'm having problems with my maplestory. Everytime I run it and click play, it closes. I'm not sure if this was part of the problem but when I was on earlier I was on firefox searching for music and Maplestory froze. So, please help me fix this problem!

Go to your Task Manager, click Processes tab and End Process of Maplestory.exe, then try again? I dunno o.o

well like when i run maplestory.exe it closes right after meaning it reaches to the play screen then it closes. i tried restarting too.

a firewall might be blocking maple from connecting to your computer

well it cant be the firewall. cuz i set it on off and i tried it on on with exception of ms. also when i start the maplestory.exe it closes and deletes 2 files. And when I went to dxdiag, it says n/a for the computer manufacturer,bios , and computer model name

do you have a backup file of ms on a usb? if you do, uninstall ms from your comp and copy the folder from the usb to your desktop (if you dont, try redownloading ms if you can think of anything else and make sure you do get copy of the file)

Yo, dude, I'm getting this problem too, I only just got it today. It was perfectly fine last night, but this morning, it's all screwed up. I login, go on my fighter, I move a bit, like 5 seconds, and then I d/c. This sucks, I've tried to update my gameguard, but it doesn't work.
