Guys can I get the permanent agent shoe if I have an invincible suit instead of a ultimate? Thanks for the answer.

nope, only invincible is needed, but you shud get ultimate just in case ;)

If you go to the Agent headquarters from Agent E, the NPC said you can get the shoe with either Invincible or Ultimate.
