2 get regular earrings u need 2 hav 20 fragments and rank b, for glittering u need 30 fragments and rank a. 2 hav a rank b u must hav a winning strike of 60% ration and rank a 70% :3

to get rank A, you need <80% ex. 4/5 is an A. basically what p0torro said
