ok so some girl dont grow boobs fast and some gro them very quickly i dont get it why like that? Edit: whats a estrogen?

doesnt it also have to do wt. genes ? like if your parents , well , mom has small breasts and dad's family's side's [mother] has small breasts - you too would be likely to have small breasts ? i think .
