(thanks for breaking it, buddy) and I'll be able to get a new one in about 6 weeks. ._. How should I play my electric bass without a bass amp? Can I plug it in an ordinary speaker? Pls helpz me!

You most likely will blow your speakers

jointedif it takes 1/4" cables then i would guess you can plug it in. how'd you break it? if you have a amp you can use that but don't get too loud/too much bass... dont blow the speakers...

Well THIS sucks. Being a guitarist myself i'd cry if my 1k$ amp broke. Anyways ive never tried acoustic-afying an electric bass. Try playing it acoustic? o.o Other than that ordinary speakers will bust.

I tried plugging it to ordinary speakers and it completely messed up the speakers. Just play it unplugged in a quiet place for now.

CoffeePrince said: " Is there really nothing else I could do?" Nothing I know of, but unplugged playing is probably the best decision until you are able to get a new amp. Look on Musician's Friend and Guitar Center for good products! :D
