No sound from computer

 | I already installed the sound driver and I can hear system sounds such as the sound you get when theres a popup that you have to click close to to proceed and you click outside, but I can't hear any other sounds like game sounds or youtube. On Dxdiag, the error says: DirectSound test results: Failure at step 3 (DirectSoundCreate): HRESULT = 0x88780078 (No driver) I also have another error that pops up whenever i turn on the computer that says: Win32 has encountered an error and needs to close, but I've already tried the regedit and the microsoft fix and none of them have worked. Does anyone know a way to fix these two errors? |

| Try going to Start > RightClick(MyComputer) > Properties > HardWare(TAB) > Device Manager This will open your Device Manager in windows. You need to look in 2 locations Other "Devices" and "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers" If you find anything in the Other Devices that has a big question mark and is related to your audio then windows doesent recognize your drivers. If you find anything in Sound video and game controllers and it has a small exclamation point next to it then your drivers are recognized but windows is having conflicts with them |

 | Well, the error saying "No driver" obviously means that you have no proper drivers. Find new drivers for it? |
