I was just looking up some music, then I cilcked on a link about a new album. It redirected me from like mp3000.com and opened like five different pr0nz0r ads. I have just deleted all of my cookies via Ccleaner . I did NOT download anything. Is my computer going to be okay? If not, what can I do to help it?

Should be fine. If you want to run a scan I suggest Malwarebytes anti-malware.

no, your computer has contacted with swine flu (h1n1) and has a week before spontaniously combusting. well no sh- your computer is going to be ok. you cant get a virus just from visiting a website, unless it asks you to run an applet , which you will be notified beforehand. just a heads up, cookies are read, not executed.
