Agent Scrolls not working?

So on my Agent C's Titanium Earrings my past 2 agent scrolls added 0 to both stats, is this just a bad coincidence or a glitch? Well these earrings are trash now they have 1 slot and their 1dex 3 luk, i doubt the next scroll will make it good unless it adds +5 to both, so am i able to get the titaniums again? or is it like a one time thing? if i just get 100 more scrolls will it work?

My agent shoes are 2 DEX, 2 INT, 9 LUK at the moment. o_0 Last scroll removed all strength. Too bad I'm a warrior!

No, It's just that I think you can only have 1 on you at a time. Because they run out after 24hours. I don't really know but that's what I think it seems. Like once a day is obtainable.

They expire in one day though if thats what u meant" You can only get the scroll from Today's Mission so it is one scroll per day, however do not confuse that with you can only scroll the earrings once per day as they, unlike other Agent equips are tradable. Thus, mules...
