Agent Gloves & Chaos Scroll. (Permanant)

So, I'm getting the permanent agent gloves. (3 W.ATK 4 Slots) My question is, should I try a chaos scroll on it? What are the chance of getting lower atk. o_0 I think the stats are 3 ATK and +30 HP. Thanls! :D
