Disconnected after marrige

| Hello peoples, Yesterday i got married.. so my friends who came to my wedding wanted me to try out the apq so i went and got my apq ticket from the NPC im the farthest map to the right from amoria... and when my friends went in and told me to come in, i clicked the same NPC again I got disconnected and was never able to get on the same Character again... The weird thing is that my other 2 character on the same account works good as new and i have no idea why n how i got disconnected from starting the Apq... when i did some research and found out that i was missing hslist.txt i dont know if missing that file is the reason im disconnecting from Maple but the patch was like a week ago...and then how was i able to play back then? and not now? is my character glitched or something? because i already checked my internet connection, repaired and modified Maple few times, redownloaded 2 times and i even tried out the way that nexon posted on Notice where you keep 12 files and delete all the rest in ur HShield File...doesnt work because when u boot your maple, every deleted file just comes back out of nowhere... plus i cant even log in a ticket in the website bc it keeps on giving me the error page where they say the website is having some tech difficulties etc etc... Did anyone have same or similar problems? I really need help... Wow my luck sucks... right after i got married and now im kicked out lol |

| yep i reinstalled it and yes i even deleted the whole thing from Add or Remove Program... No luck |

| i get automatically disconnected if i try getting on my NL and ive done it more than 50 times now for my 2nd day... i have a hbmule, NL, and item storage mule... the other 2 character works fine when i highlight those 2 characters but when i highlight the NL n start game... screen turns pitch black then turns dull and exits me out... idk what is going on |

| Did you APQ when a server check was starting? One of my characters was on the boat from orbis to ellinia when a server check started and the same thing happened. Your character gets glitched sometimes if your in a timed map/pq map. The only way to resolve it is logging a ticket....I wish you good luck since it took me 2-3 months to unglitch my character >.< |

| the site probably gives u errors because too many people are logging in. try on a different pc or keep trying? other than that aznjason11 has the only useful comment here. |

| i have 1 computer and a laptop...both doesnt work... i tried logging in a ticket yesterday but same problems... i wrote so long T.T and it just gives me a page saying Error 401... hahaha |

No luck" Did you actually go into C:Nexon (I think) and delete the MapleStory folder yourself before reinstalling? I wouldn't trust any uninstaller from completely deleting all traces of a program. |
