Yeah, theres a whole news crew there. It could've been a reflection from someone walking outside. There are windows right next to the hallway.

What do you expect him to moonwalk all the time? =/ It's nothing like a shadow either. The whole room is lit up so the shadow wouldn't even really hit the wall like that and even if it did, it would be at an angle. EDIT: I'm not saying it really is a ghost, I'm just stating that shadows don't work this way at all.
