My BGM won't stay off... When I turn it off, it would just turn back on in a few minutes to hours... Any solutions?

That's odd. Maybe you're logging off? It may reset when you do so. Otherwise I have no idea. Mute everything or play with all the sound.

put it down to lowest instead of clicking on mute

If I leave the BGM on low it will still play at the normal volume...

happens to me, sometimes when im playing in windowed, when i do something else then go back to it, it comes back on or very rarely when i change map

Do you play on windowed mode? If you have muted BGM and enter a map where the music changes and click on something else on your desktop ( so that maplestory isn't highlighted ), the sound comes back on and goes away if you walk through a portal where the music changes again or you just re-mute it from options.
