some of them are like sparklers but for the rest no... but if it's july 4th then yes it's legal

niagara falls yea the city even sets off fire works every day i can see it from my deck 18 for normal ppl to buy or go to some convenient store

Aye, used to do it when I was a wee lad but I got tired of fireworks. They don't really amaze me anymore. And to your other question, I'm gonna be in my city parade :D
