I spent $20 on CounterStrike:Source package, and I don't regret it. I had 20knx, but that was a present from a relative.

Runescape membership back in 2004/2005. I probably spent a full year's worth of money then :/. On NX alone I probably have spent $120 in total over 4 years. I regret it all, haha.

I bought "premium" for neopets and NX for maplestory. Don't really regret it, though I wish I had the money now for better uses. It was fun for then.
