The inside of my Mouth Hurts

So yea the inside of my mouth/lip hurts when I eat hot Cheetos, when I went to the bathroom to see what it was, and there was a white spot on the inside of my mouth, the inside of my lip. It hurts when I eat something, does anyone know what this, or how I could make it go away..... It's like a white dot...

I don't know what it is in english But you can get it from eating a lot of dry food, deep fried, like chips, fries, that kind of stuff
