I have finally gotten them and I am here to inform those who don't know how ... how. First of all, despite contrary belief, you do NOT need an A rank. All you need is a B rank. You can do this by having attempted AT LEAST 30 PQs and completing AT LEAST half of them. It's not that hard. Secondly, you need to have the (normal) altaire earrings before you are able to obtain the glittering ones. You can do this by talking to Ellin and clicking the option 'Ask about Altaire Fragments'. If you have a B rank and 20 Altaire Fragments, you can get them. Lastly, when you have 30 Altaire Fragments, talk to Ellin clicking the same option. This time, you'll have two options - glittering or normal. Obviously we want glittering here. And voila, it's as simple as that. So for those lazy people who don't like to read (I know it's not that long): -B rank required -50 Altaire Fragments required in total Also miscellaneous information... getting the Glittering Altaire Earrings will get you to an A rank. Also they look hawt. (: If you're wondering why my BasilID doesn't have it, well, rankings are being a meanie and not updating. :P kthxbaii

Check again. 51/67 is an A. Also, by the time you acquire 50 altaire fragments, you most likely will have an A rank as well.
