Still Not Working after 3 Hours of Trying D:

Soooo, it's me again and I have the same problem with MS as I did in the last thread. Although the poster offered advice, the problem was not solved and the "error code : -2147467259 (Unspecified error)" still pops up when I'm trying to start MS. Once the Gameguard window goes away, it comes up seconds after. Once again, I took a break from MS about a year ago after Pirates came out and then my computer was rebooted. Is there something that MS needs that my computer currently does not have since its reboot? I've tried getting rid of MS to reinstall it by going to the Control Panel then going from there...but it seems that nothing is working. Many thanks to those who help! :D

Yeah, the graphics driver may be the problem

Reinstalling your graphic's card driver might solve the problem.

Uninstall your graphics card driver, and reinstall it - a newer driver might help too, if your not sure of what im talking about ask again It might be ur direct3D is jacked up

Your problem is that you have gameguard, maplestory uses hackshield now.

Oh well yes its Hackshield with the warrior on it. Sorry for that. Oh and I totally don't know how to reinstall the graphics card or whatever so I'm calling my friends to help with that. (Computers are not my forte)

I have an eMachine W3650. Also, I'm trying to update the graphics card but now they need my "registration key." How do I get that?

thats your problem.. the eMachine W3's hardly dish out enough graphics to use games like Maple. =/

Ugh. Hmmm...well it says that I'm almost complete with the updating, but I just need to type in the registration key. Anyone know where that is located?
