Trouble with Nexon Site?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with Nexon's website? I was trying to charge NX when I started getting login errors. When I got past those errors, I got one more error that said my transaction was identified as "high risk", when nothing has changed on my PayPal account. So when I go to check my account info, I get a 401 Error. I get a server error when I try to check the knowledge base. And I can't even log a ticket, because that doesn't work either. Is anyone else getting these errors? I'm using Internet Explorer, and I tried using Firefox as well.

Do not charge NX via Paypal since people are getting Perma Banned for unknown reasons
