When Creating a Cygnus Knight

we all know that they are coming out this July, but my question is : when you create a Cygnus Knight, do you have to have one character slot open, because i heard somewhere that they will give you an extra slot for a Cygnus Knight. what did they do in KMS or other versions that had Cygnus?

How do you guys know its coming on july?......I mean, It says on the website "coming soon"...that doesn't mean on july exactly O_o. OT: No, YOu have you buy the character slot nx item.

i saw somewhere that kms added another character slot there, an i also heard the rumours that they were going to be adding an extra slot, but tbh i doubt they will, this is nexon, and we all know they are just trying to make more money so i'll bet they wont give another slot out.
